What Youu2019ll Do As a key leader in our field operations, you will: + Manage all phases of construction projectsu2014from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. + Build and oversee detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. + Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding project outcomes. + Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. + Track progress regularly, identify issues early, and adjust plans to stay on schedule and on budget. + Prepare and share comprehensive project status reports with stakeholders. + Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and promote clear communication across teams. + Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications. + Implement strong risk management strategies to prevent or mitigate potential challenges. + Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely, costu2011efficient delivery. + Manage financial performance, including monitoring and settlement of project costs. + Provide supervision and mentorship to project staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development. + Drive the project lifecycleu2014from work preparation to successful final handoffu2014ensuring excellence at every stage. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. + 5+ years of construction project management experience, ideally with commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects. + A strong track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully. + Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulations. + Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problemu2011solving abilities. + Proficiency in project management software and digital tools. + Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and uphold high-quality standards. + Strong analytical skills and confidence in making informed decisions. Preferred Qualifications + PMP certification or equivalent credential. + Familiarity with sustainable construction or LEED practices. + Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, take-offs, and similar project documentation. + Proficiency with software such as MS Project, Procore, and Sage. + Background in healthcare, biopharma, manufacturing, or clean room construction. Work Environment + Schedule: 7:00 AM u2013 4:00 PM + Project Locations: Primarily across Connecticut (Fairfield, Hartford, and New Haven counties) with an additional site in Poughkeepsie, NY. + Work Setting: Time spent both at our Brookfield headquarters and onsite at active projects. + Project Types: Groundu2011up builds, office fitu2011outs, and renovations. + Project Size: $500K to $20M, with a concentration in the $3Mu2013$5M range. + Project Mix: Approximately 75% clean room projects. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr.
