This is a remote role , open to candidates based in the Western United States. Approximately 50% travel is required. To optimize client engagement, candidates should reside near a major metropolitan airport with direct access to key regional and national markets. What You'll Do + Lead the endu2011tou2011end sales strategy for a team in the Western region, driving growth across workplace culinary services, integrated facilities management, and employee experienceu2013focused service models. + Inspire, mentor, and empower a topu2011tier sales organizationu2014fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, innovation, and accountability. + Build and deepen relationships with Cu2011suite executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO) to uncover enterpriseu2011wide opportunities and position Sodexo as a strategic partner. + Develop compelling, insightu2011driven solutions through strong financial modeling, datau2011driven storytelling, and a deep understanding of corporate real estate, workplace trends, and operational demands. + Partner crossu2011functionally with marketing, operations, culinary innovation, and technical services teams to deliver highu2011impact proposals and differentiated value propositions. + Maintain sales governance, integrity, and compliance in alignment with Sodexou2019s financial, HR, and legal standards. + Monitor regional performance against the strategic plan, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met while strengthening profitability and client satisfaction.
