Join Acosta as a Retail Regional Manager and take charge of managing and developing a retail sales organization in your assigned Region. RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Team Development + Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15 - 18 Retail Availability Managers for Gillette , fostering accountability, achieving goals set by the client, and high performance. + Support RAMs (Retail Availability Managers) in managing their retail accounts and in-store work, advancing their understanding of principal priorities, and strengthening customer engagement. + Model strong leadership aligned with company culture and expectations. + Retail Fundamentals : Achieve goals in Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising, and Pricing across all principals on agreed retail priorities. + Policy Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies within the Retail Selling Organization. + Collaboration and Communication : Proactively communicate and collaborate with client and other regional teams on principals and major initiatives. + Relationship Building : Demonstrate and lead your team to develop relationships with key decision-makers in store, to achieve the client's principal objectives. + Team Leadership : Team Leader and ongoing trainer. + Expert Resource : Provide expertise to your team on retail operations, data analysis, route optimization, and effective store calls. + Customer Needs Communication : Assist Business Managers and multi-function resources in communicating customer needs, objectives, and future plans. + Reporting and Tracking : Coordinate regional reporting and tracking needs to ensure consistency and control. + Technology Utilization : Effectively use technology. + Data Analysis : Analyze retail condition data reports to improve in-store presence results. + Team Development : Ensure the personal development of Gillette RAMs and conduct annual Performance Agreements. Oversee the training and development of your team. + Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS + Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bacheloru2019s degree in Business preferred. + Experience : Strong Leadership, Team Management in retail, CPG experience a plus. + Skills : Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, Outlook Mail and Calendar. Excellent time management skills are a must. + Communication : Must be able to effectively communicate with others. + Licensing : Must have a valid driveru2019s license and be able to drive a car for extended periods. + Environmental Conditions : Home Office, Retail stores, Backrooms. Physical Requirements: + Vision : Ability to see clearly. + Color Perception : Ability to perceive colors accurately. + Listening : Strong listening skills. + Standing: walking in stores for long periods of time + Lifting: up to 50lbs Travel: Ability to travel by air and car within the Central US Region 2 - 3 weeks per month Tuesday - Thursday.
