Job Description

Salesforce Healthcare Solutions Lead with Contact Center Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Sales Leadership u00b7 Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and CX transformation conversations with C-suite, business and IT stakeholders. u00b7 Develop and deliver compelling demos, value propositions, and industry-specific POVs for Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Contact Center platforms. u00b7 Partner with Sales teams to drive deal strategy, competitive positioning, and customer engagement plans. u00b7 Translate client challenges into differentiated solution roadmaps across patient experience, care management, contact center modernization, and CRM transformation. u00b7 Solution Architecture & Technical Expertise u00b7 Design high-level solution architecture integrating Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Contact Center technologies (AWS Connect, Genesys, NICE, Five9, etc.), and third-party systems. u00b7 Provide architectural oversight for interoperability with EHRs (Epic, Cerner), data platforms, AI/ML, and workflow automation. u00b7 Lead assessments and build implementation roadmaps for patient access, care coordination, telehealth, omnichannel engagement, and digital front door solutions. u00b7 Guide customers on best practices for data security, compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST), integration, and scalability. u00b7 Industry Knowledge & Advisory u00b7 Bring subject matter expertise on Healthcare operations (provider/payer), patient experience, care management, and population health. u00b7 Advise customers on maximizing Salesforce platform capabilities: Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, OmniStudio, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud for patient outreach. u00b7 Provide industry thought leadership, create collateral, and present at conferences or executive briefings. u00b7 Cross-Functional Collaboration u00b7 Collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering teams to shape solution positioning and future offerings. u00b7 Support RFP responses, solution estimation, SOW development, and customer workshops. u00b7 Mentor junior pre-sales and solution engineering team members. Qualifications: u00b7 15+ years total experience in Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, Healthcare technology roles. u00b7 7+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud) u00b7 Salesforce certifications (Health Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, CTA-level architecture exposure). u00b7 Strong understanding of Contact Center technologies (Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, Five9, Cisco, etc.). u00b7 Proven experience leading solution consulting, or client-facing architecture roles. u00b7 Deep understanding of Healthcare workflows (patient access, scheduling, care coordination, utilization management, case management, claims). u00b7 Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences. u00b7 Experience designing or selling end-to-end CX and digital front door solutions. u00b7 Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: u00b7 Certifications or experience with AWS/Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, or equivalent contact center technologies. u00b7 Familiarity with HL7/FHIR, EHR integration, healthcare data standards, and compliance frameworks. u00b7 Experience with AI/ML for patient engagement, care management automation, or agent assist capabilities. u00b7 Experience in healthcare consulting or major system integrators Please note, this role cannot offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 03/20/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $ 130,000u2013 $ 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
