Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Phoenix, AZ Full-Time Primarily Clinic-Based Flexible Schedule Position Overview A well-established ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team. This organization is known for its collaborative culture, strong internal support, and long-tenured staff, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth. This role is primarily clinic-based, with occasional school consultations or home visits as needed. BCBAs work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and interdisciplinary partners, including Speech and Occupational Therapy, to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services. Key Responsibilities + Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) + Review behavior data and update individualized treatment plans + Develop and oversee behavior intervention strategies + Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and clinical guidance + Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams + Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case reviews + Support interns or junior clinical staff as appropriate + Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance Schedule & Work Structure + Flexible scheduling options (commonly 9u20133, 12u20136, or split clinic/remote schedules) + Primarily clinic-based work + Occasional school consults or home visits + No overnight or on-call requirements Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field + Active BCBA certification in good standing + Eligible for or holding Arizona licensure (as required) + Experience supervising RBTs preferred + Strong communication and collaboration skills Benefits + Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance + 401(k) retirement plan + Paid PTO and sick time + 13 paid holidays annually + Paid certification and licensure renewals + Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel + Paid professional development and conference opportunities If you are a BCBA seeking flexibility, strong clinical support, and a collaborative work environment, we encourage you to apply to learn more about this opportunity.
