Product Engineer - Cloud & Automation

Job Description A major medical technology organization is seeking a Product Engineer to join their Global Operations team supporting system implementations, infrastructure platforms, and production environments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems across both on-premises data centers and cloud environments as the organization continues its migration to AWS. Operating within a 24/7 production ecosystem, this engineer will help ensure operational stability while contributing to infrastructure improvements, automation initiatives, and platform enhancements. Approximately half of the role will focus on supporting live systems, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operations, while the remaining time will be dedicated to engineering efforts such as building automation, assisting with product releases, and enabling application teams through troubleshooting and system design.
