Job Title: Bank TellerJob Description As a Bank Teller, you will provide members and prospective members with a full range of products and services, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts. You will also handle lending products and credit/debit cards. Responsibilities + Assist members and prospective members with their banking needs, offering a comprehensive range of products and services. + Manage depository accounts, including checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust, and estate accounts. + Process lending products and credit/debit card transactions. + Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive member experience. + Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. + Maintain administrative tasks related to account management. Essential Skills + Proficiency in customer service and cash handling. + Strong skills in account management and administration. + Experience in banking, data entry, and finance. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in customer-facing roles and member service. + Ability to think creatively and provide alternative solutions. + Confidence in handling customer interactions and overcoming rejections. + Some knowledge of banking or prior financial experience is beneficial. Work Environment Work is conducted on-site at the branch, with the flexibility to stand or sit depending on business and member foot traffic. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off if working on Saturday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
