Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every intervention aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational protocols. + Monitor and communicate real-time patient status to the care team, enabling swift, life-saving clinical decisions. + Coordinate care efforts across multiple specialties, acting as the central hub between hospitalists, cardiologists, and NPs to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience. + Execute advanced clinical skills, including cardiac drip titration and ACLS protocols, to provide expert-level support for our most high-acuity patients. + Manage the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition
