Summary The Associate Organizer Operations Manager oversees the full Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) designation process across multiple clients and events, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless exhibitor experience. They build and maintain EAC Management sites, develop and execute marketing schedules, and lead all related communications. Core responsibilities include project and client management, reviewing and processing EAC documentation, delivering high level customer service to exhibitors and contractors, and producing comprehensive program and client reports. This position will support our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: + Las Vegas, NV + Dallas, TX + Chicago, IL + McCook, IL + Alexandria, VA + Atlanta, GA + Nashville, TN + Orlando, FL Essential Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Manage the Exhibitor Appointed Contract (EAC) designation process for multiple clients and events simultaneously. u2022 Build EAC Management sites u2022 Develop Marketing schedule and manage marketing and communications related to events. u2022 Review and processing of EAC paperwork. u2022 Provide high-level customer service to Exhibitors and EACs. u2022 Prepare program reports and client reporting. u2022 Manage temp staff as needed. u2022 Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of all events and programs, following industry and organizational best practices and standards. u2022 Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Lead and participate in client and internal meetings, including regular status meetings, pre-program walkthroughs, onsite meetings, and post-program debriefs. u2022 Travel to and manage events and projects onsite. u2022 Develop and manage project timelines. u2022 Support the planning and execution of various events, activations, and special projects. Education & Experience u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience u2022 1-2 years operational/show management experience in tradeshows a plus. u2022 Strong team player who can interact well with external clients, vendors, and other internal teams u2022 Ability to oversee multiple client event portfolios simultaneously u2022 Project oriented with superior attention to detail and outstanding organizational and prioritization skills u2022 Excellent written and verbal communications skills required u2022 Ability to quickly recognize or anticipate problem areas and quickly develop solutions u2022 Flexible, self-motivated, energetic, who uses time productively and efficiently u2022 Strong and proficient skills with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint u2022 Should possess strong negotiating skills u2022 Ability to work well under pressure Travel Requirements Travel up to 25% What We Offer Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
