What youu00b4ll do + Provide technical guidance and Henkel product recommendations for fenestration, sidewall, roofing, and building envelope applications. + Support lab and field projects through testing, performance validation, and new application test method development. + Partner with sales, product development, and marketing to resolve customer technical issues. + Conduct product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications. + Deliver technical reports, presentations, and guidance on product performance and capabilities. + Create and maintain installation manuals, guidelines, and technical documentation. + Provide technical support on product implementation, performance issues, building science, and code requirements. + Deliver training programsu2014including AIAu2011accredited sessionsu2014to architects, contractors, distributors, and industry partners. What makes you a good fit + Education u2013 Bachelor's degree required, Architecture or Structural Engineering (preferred) + Experience u2014 7-9 years of architectural/structural performance and design with focus on residential roof systems (preferred) + Travel requirements - 40%-50% Special skills + Experience training and educating small to large groups + Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + Communication, Management, Decision-Making Skills + In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, applications, and products. + Ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. + Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues effectively. + Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
