Data Analyst

Job Description As a Data Analyst at this Fortune 500 company, you will support data-driven decision-making for a specific FinTech product. This role focuses on analyzing product performance, responding to ad hoc analytical requests, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand trends and identify opportunities. You will leverage dashboards, data exploration, and analytical tools to explain changes in key metrics and provide insights that inform product and business strategy. Key Responsibilities u2022 Monitor and analyze key product metrics for an assigned PayPal product or business area. u2022 Investigate changes in performance metrics (e.g., drops or spikes in usage, transactions, or revenue) by exploring dashboards and underlying datasets. u2022 Respond to ad hoc data requests from product managers, operations teams, and business stakeholders. u2022 Use dashboards and analytical tools to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights. u2022 Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and recommend actionable next steps. u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and alignment on key business metrics. u2022 Support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives that improve visibility into product performance.
