Summary This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. The candidate will have educational responsibilities for Pulmonary/Critical Care fellows, Internal Medicine residents and medical students. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Attending responsibilities for the Medical ICU Team (Medical Residents) Critical Care consultation in Surgical ICU (with Medical Residents and Critical Care Fellow) Teaching and mentoring students, residents and Fellow Inpatient consultations for Pulmonary Pulmonary specific inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic procedures The physician should demonstrate the ability to work well with a large, diverse and dedicated patient care staff. The position includes a faculty appointment at the affiliated Louisiana State University Health and Science Center commensurate with qualifications.
