Housekeeping Supervisor THE JOB: Join the MGM Springfield team as aHousekeeping Supervisor, where you?ll lead the daily operations ofassigned floors and ensure exceptional room quality across the this pivotal role, you?ll support a culture of outstanding guestservice, safety, and teamwork while guiding a dedicated housekeepingstaff. THESTARTING RATE: $20.25 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Works effectively in afast paced environment with strong multitasking and decision makingskills. Ensures all duties are completed in compliance with propertystandards, company policies, and legal requirements related to safety,health, and guest welfare. Thoroughly inspects guest rooms forcleanliness and overall condition, and reports room status, work orders,damages, and carpet needs. Maintains accurate records including repairs,lost and found items, and quality of work. Completes daily worksheetsand submits all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Maintains departmental assets, ensuring equipment is properly repairedand all FOH/BOH areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.Supervises assigned floors, ensuring all rooms, hallways, and publicareas meet property cleanliness standards. Leads Housekeeping employeesby providing training, performance feedback, and recognition, ensuringadherence to company and departmental policies. Trains employees and newhires on cleaning products in compliance with OSHA chemical safetystandards. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of hotel information toaccurately answer guest inquiries. Responds promptly to guestcomplaints, using sound judgment and creative problem solving toanticipate and resolve issues. Maintains exceptional guest servicestandards and remains attentive to guest needs while protecting theirprivacy and confidentiality in accordance with hotel policies.
