Packaging Equipment Operator - RPB - Day Shift

Working here you’ll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.What You'll Work OnSafely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure plete work orders and documentation accurately.Maintain a clean and safe work municate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant.Replenish and maintain production materials as needed.Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDOne year production experienceMust be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsOne year production experience within food manufacturing environmentForklift experience preferredPayCompetitive PayShift differential available for off-shiftsShift Please note: This is a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and allows you to have every other weekend off.Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFFWeek 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hoursRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED One year of production experiencePreferred QualificationsForklift ExperienceOne year of experience within food manufacturing environmentIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
