FT Med/Surg Night Shift RN

Job Title Registered Nurse, Med-surg Adult, Floor Nurse, Critical Access Hospital RN Job Summary Looking for an RN to work on our Med/Surg unit full-time 12-hour night shifts. Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities typically include, but are not limited to): Providing direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit. Monitoring patient conditions and administering medications. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Following established nursing protocols and procedures. Required Qualifications (Qualifications may include, but are not limited to): Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact state. Experience in Med-Surg nursing. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred qualifications may include, but are not limited to): Experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Skills & Competencies (Skills may include, but are not limited to): Strong clinical skills in Med-Surg nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) documentation. Shift Details Shift: 7P (Night Shift), 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week Start Date: 3/30/2026 End Date: 6/29/2026 Duration: 91 days Licensing Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact state.
