Director of Rehabilitation requirements: Must have an Associates, Bachelors, and/or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Pathology with current state license Minimum of 3 years of rehabilitation experience Leadership and program development/supervisory (management) experience Knowledge of state, federal, and therapy practice act legislation/laws, interdisciplinary management skills An understanding of essential duties in the rehab department Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred Director of Rehabilitation Benefits: Our facility offers a comprehensive benefit package as well as opportunities for professional development.
