Family Law Paralegal San Antonio, TXI am working directly with the owner of a well-established family law firm in San Antonio that handles complex, high-asset divorce matters. The firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal with 5+ years of dedicated family law experience to join its team.This Family Law Paralegal position is well-suited for a professional who is comfortable managing substantive casework, tracking deadlines, and supporting attorneys in financially complex divorce and custody disputes.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Family Law Paralegal will assist attorneys in divorce and family law matters involving significant asset division and detailed financial analysis. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and financial disclosures; maintaining accurate billable time entries; organizing case files; calendaring court deadlines; preparing materials for mediation and trial; and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.QualificationsQualified Family Law Paralegal candidates will have 5+ years of Texas family law paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of Texas family law procedure and prior experience billing time are required. Board Certification in Family Law is preferred but not required. The ideal Family Law Paralegal is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active matters in a fast-paced pensation & BenefitsThis Family Law Paralegal opportunity offers a salary range of $55K-$85K, BOE.
