As part of Sodexou2019s Corporate Services segment, this individualu2011contributor role leads highu2011value, enterpriseu2011level sales efforts spanning refineries, petrochemical plants, offshore platforms, remote workforce villages, and corporate headquarters. You will navigate sophisticated B2B sales cycles, build deep partnerships with Cu2011suite stakeholders, and develop solutions that integrate culinary services, workplace experience, and comprehensive facilities management. To serve our clients effectively, candidates should reside near Houston, Texas, the heart of the U.S. energy sector, with the ability to travel up to 50%. What You'll Do + Lead the full enterprise sales cycle u2014from prospecting and discovery through solution design, proposal creation, financial modeling, pricing strategy, and contract negotiationu2014using the _Selling the Sodexo Way_ methodology and Global Sales Academy tools. + Engage Cu2011suite stakeholders across the energy and resources sector to understand strategic priorities and deliver customized, valueu2011driven IFM and culinary solutions that strengthen operational performance, workforce experience, and longu2011term partnership value. + Develop and manage a highu2011quality pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, accurate forecasting, strategic opportunity planning, and alignment with segment growth targets. + Collaborate across a highly matrixed enterprise u2014including operations, finance, marketing, HR, legal, and technical servicesu2014to design integrated, risku2011balanced solutions and support client retention, rebids, and the Clients for Life framework. + Conduct market and competitive analysis to anticipate client needs, shape solution strategy, influence offer development, and inform pricing models and future growth initiatives. + Build strategic account plans and lead executive business reviews , ensuring alignment with client objectives, monitoring contract performance, resolving issues affecting satisfaction, and reinforcing Sodexou2019s value as a longu2011term strategic partner.
