Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Complete individualized patient evaluations and participate in developing and implementing individual care plans through collaboration with physicians and patient care teams, including patient and family. + Provide, document and direct skilled and purposeful therapeutic care to progress the patient through their plan of care. + Instruct and educate patient/family/caregivers in the use of therapy and compensatory rehabilitation in relation to their diagnosis. + Prioritize caseload, determine patient care needs and coordinate with therapy and medical staff for appropriate assignments/handoff. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: + Bachelor's degree required. + Master's degree preferred.
