Description Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence 26 Month Contract Pay: Available on W2 Location: Irvine, CA 92618 We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to join our team in Rochester, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in creating advanced Tableau dashboards and leveraging business intelligence technologies to support key initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in analytics, with experience in the healthcare industry and sales operations preferred. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and design new Tableau dashboards to visualize complex data effectively. u2022 Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and tailor dashboards to meet organizational needs. u2022 Provide insights on sales operations and payroll data to improve business processes. u2022 Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reporting tools for maximum efficiency. u2022 Work closely with healthcare industry professionals to understand data-driven needs and challenges. u2022 Ensure data accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. u2022 Participate in cross-functional meetings to align business intelligence strategies with organizational goals. u2022 Train and support team members in the use of Tableau and other business intelligence technologies. u2022 Document processes and methodologies for future reference and consistency.
