Whatu2019s a typical day as Pump Repair Technician? Youu2019ll be: + Following documented procedures to return pumps to their original state and ensure quality standards are met. + Troubleshooting various pump components and working with a variety of hand tools. + Performing technical aspects of repair, production, and restock processes. + Completing all documentation required for quality compliance. + Reporting to supervisory staff and collaborating with other technicians. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Have a high school diploma or GED (required). + Possess experience in mechanical or electrical repair within a manufacturing environment (preferred). + Can identify small electronic components and differentiate them by their markings. + Demonstrate good judgment, a positive attitude, and a high level of initiative. + Are able to read, follow, and deviate from written instructions as necessary. + Have basic computer skills and can manually perform basic mathematical calculations. + Are comfortable handling small parts, assembling/disassembling devices, and transcribing data accurately. + Can visually inspect components for particulate matter and color differences as required by FDA standards. + Are able to sit or stand for most of the workday, lift up to 15 pounds, and push/pull up to 6 pounds. + Willing to comply with safety regulations including wearing static protective smocks and ground wrist straps.
