Adecco is currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate: Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards + Accurately label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations + Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies + Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (if certified) + Assist with regular inventory counts and stock replenishment + Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines + Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus + Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs + Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods + Basic math and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Skills + Attention to detail + Time management + Teamwork and communication + Problem-solving + Basic computer or inventory system knowledge (preferred) Pay rate: $18.00-$20.00 an hour, 35-40 hours per week Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
