We take pride in offering a competitive wage and great benefits including: Base Rate $20.00 Shift Differential $1.00 Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday: 3:30pm - 12:00am Additional Benefits: u2022 Paid Time Off u2022 Medical Insurance u2022 Dental Insurance u2022 Vision Insurance u2022 Life Insurance u2022 401K u2022 Associate Referral Program u2022 $125 Boot allowance after 90-days of employment Our associates also enjoy numerous associate discounts and opportunities to grow with the organization Job Responsibilities: u2022 Picking/packing parts in a manner to ensure accuracy and prevent damage u2013 at times process may deviate u2022 Physically and systematically placing inbound freight u2013 at times process may deviate u2022 Report product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged product u2022 Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory u2022 Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor u2022 Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment u2022 Reach Truck Operator u2022 Pallet Jack (electrical or manual) u2022 Cherry Picker /Stock Chaser u2022Accurately match numbers & letters u2022 Follow all safety requirements u2022 Stage and sort products for loading u2022 Opens and closes dock doors u2022 Maintain a clean and safe work area u2022 Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas u2022 Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets u2022 Move materials within the warehouse u2022 Scanning & counting parts u2022 Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications: u2022 No prior warehouse experience required but preferred. u2022 High school diploma or equivalent preferred u2022 Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required u2022 Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required u2022 Flexible to work overtime preferred u2022 Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required u2022 Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job u2022 Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, and time management skills required u2022 Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required u2022 Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
