Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Job Title: Lead Dietary Aide Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day - 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm (with every other weekend commitment) Location: St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA Position Purpose: The Lead Dietary Aide is responsible for critical kitchen operations for the hospital's Food & Nutrition department. As an u201c Lead Dietary Aide u201d you will: + Occasionally handles closing the kitchen at night and working morning shifts. + Responsible for oversight of trayline accuracy + Responsible for taking patient meal orders in the call center + Completing daily temperature logs + Printing and reviewing essential operational reports + The position also entails support to the management team and colleague oversight, with supervisory functions, such as cash handling, register reconciliation, audits, scheduling, and HACCP compliance. + This position acts in a supervisory capacity, in the absence of the retail management. + This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with food safety standards.
