Youu2019ll be immersed in the process of idea generation creating multiple building designs and drawings via freehand sketches and/or use of 3D design modeling, CADD or BIM software such as Revit and others. Alongside senior designers, youu2019ll be able to scale, model and construct world-class work for our clients across the globe. Our goal is to develop innovative architectural design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe, and conducive to its intended purpose and function, reflect client goals and are within project budget and schedule.Key Responsibilities:u2022 Responsible for ensuring the overall design intent of the project established by the Project Designer is incorporated into the detailed documentation.u2022 Monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction administration, ensuring the design idea is consistent and properly executed.u2022 Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project.u2022 Checks completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations for accuracy.u2022 Works to implement the overall strategy for producing the documents and participates in organizing the sheets planned for each stage of the work. This includes defining how data will be organized into files and which elements will be incorporated in a Building Information Model (BIM).u2022 Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the entire Project Team.Pave the way for your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can grow and thrive - today and into tomorrow.#LI-HA1 u2022 Bachelor's or Masteru2019s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.u2022 2-5 years of relevant experience.u2022 Proficiency in Revit.u2022 United States Citizenship.Ideally, youu2019ll also haveu2022 Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.u2022 NCARB registration.u2022 Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Knowledge of QA/QC process.u2022 Knowledge of building codes and ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents.u2022 Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Enscape and InDesign graphic software preferred.
