Description Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to lead and supervise the clinical operations of their organization based in Lyons, New Jersey. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care while adhering to compliance standards. The ideal candidate will excel in staff development, program enhancement, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Salary is 125,000 - 130,000. Benefits include: + 4 weeks paid vacation (after 2 years they go to 5 weeks + 8 paid holidays + 4 paid floating holidays + 3 paid personal days + 10 paid sick days + Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription and Life Insurance coverage 80% for employee u2026 they do cover family roughly 70-75% coverage + Retirement Savings Plan with matching contributions + The starting salary will be commensurate with experience and license(s). + Tuition Reimbursement Responsibilities: u2022 Provide leadership and oversight to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. u2022 Supervise the Admissions Department, managing referrals, assessments, and placements in alignment with organizational standards. u2022 Ensure compliance with state contracts, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements in all clinical documentation and treatment planning. u2022 Lead efforts to engage families, coordinate medication management, and provide staff training to enhance service delivery. u2022 Maintain census levels at or above budgeted targets through effective admissions and discharge processes. u2022 Act as a consultant and clinical expert for complex cases, collaborating with families and system partners. u2022 Analyze clinical data and outcome metrics to identify opportunities for program improvement and effectiveness. u2022 Design and implement clinical programs that align with resident needs and best practices. u2022 Support staff and intern development, including providing supervision for licensure. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated care and a cohesive organizational culture. Requirements u2022 Master's Degree in social work with active licensure in the State of New Jersey. u2022 Certification as a Clinical Supervisor is required. u2022 At least 6 years of post-masteru2019s experience, including both clinical and administrative supervision in behavioral health or residential settings. u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining ethical and regulatory compliance. u2022 Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and clinical documentation standards. u2022 Strong skills in organization, communication, and decision-making. u2022 Valid driveru2019s license required. u2022 Experience with fostering staff development and managing interdisciplinary teams.
