illwright Workers Austin, MN $60k-$100k annually Direct Hire Mon-Fri, Day Shift On-Call & Weekends as needed Responsibilities of Millwright Worker: Perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections - including corrective, preventative, predictive, and/or proactive tasks of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment (For Example: Hammer Mills, Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Turbines, Cooling Towers, Fans, etc…) Assist & Perform duties associated with Non Destructive Testing Team such as Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Eddy Current (ET), Phased Array (PA), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Dye Penetrant (PT). On-call every 6 weeks for a Mon-Sunday period. Requires an average of ten nights out of the month of overnight work. Qualifications of Millwright Workers: Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance and/or equivalent work experience Vibration Analyst ISO Category III: Level II or obtain Level II within 2 years. - Preferred Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Eddy Current (ET), Phased Array (PA), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Dye Penetrant (PT) within 2 years. - Preferred Knowledge of vibration analysis, laser alignment, and dynamic balancing are preferred, but will train.
