Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans with a focus on safety, accuracy, and superior outcomes. + Serve as the primary lead across all disciplines to ensure every patient receives well-coordinated, seamless care. + Expertly assess, record, and communicate changes in patient conditions to the broader medical team in real-time. + Precisely carry out physician and nursing orders while maintaining the highest standards of clinical protocol. + Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are prepared for a successful transition home. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition
