Job Summary Lead the culinary vision at Northwest Stadium As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, menu innovation, and staff development. You will maintain cost efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency + Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations + Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork + Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing + Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience + Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgeting Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred + Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role + Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations + Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management + Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team Curious about Life at Levy?
