Primary Job Responsibilities:Cashier duties, including accurately ringing up customers and taking various forms of paymentAnswering questions about the food items offeredFood preparationAdhering to safe and sanitary food handling practicesReplenishing supplies and foodCleaning surface areas, throwing away trash, etcReceiving and unloading stockGeneral housekeeping dutiesResolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfactionObtain and maintain all required food and age restricted product certifications within 2 weeks of employment In addition, you also will be responsible for:Assisting and working with the store's standard operations, including but not limited to, lotto, alcohol and tobacco sales, cashiering, fuel attendant, etcConsistently providing prompt and courteous customer serviceWorking all assigned shifts, arriving on time, in uniform and ready to workActing as a positive team player, working cohesively with other employees and contributing to a positive work environmentComplying with company policies and procedures, including all safety and environment policies and proceduresMaintaining a clean and safe work environment Note: This description is intended to give you a general overview of the position.
