Litigation Legal Assistant

Description A boutique trial firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their practice and support cases of plaintiff-side medical malpractice. They offer very collaborative team-culture and the flexibility to work from home on a regular hybrid basis. The salary range is 65-110k DOE, with medical, dental, and vision insurance (the firm pays the full monthly premium for employees and dependents may be added at cost), 401k, unlimited PTO & sick time to match WA sick leave policies (easy approval process for PTO requests), and paid King County court holidays. The team collaborates on all the cases together. You will support multiple attorneys with a total case load between 30-40 litigated matters with the help of a part time paralegal and medical records assistant.
