RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Serve as primarypoint of contact for assigned institutional client relationships for theentire Federated Hermes relationship across all public and privateinvestment managements services, including EOS stewardship. -Responsible for successful issue resolution taking into considerationclient needs and business constraints. - Maintain short-term andlong-term client development plans. - Identification of cross-sellingopportunities of the entire Federated Hermes product suite andservices. - Monitor and manage the onboarding process, including problemresolution (in combination with other departments), point of escalation,facilitation of contract execution, and client communication. - Buildstrong relationships with investment teams and maintain currentinvestment and product knowledge. - Serve as the liaison betweenFederated Hermes middle office and investment administration in order toensure that clients receive the highest standard of operationalsupport. - Ensure assigned clients receive support for internal andregulatory requirements. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: - Bachelor degreerequired; MBA, CFA and/or CPF preferred. - Minimum 7 years of experiencein a client-facing position required; 10+ years of experience in theinvestment management industry or with institutional clientspreferred. - Knowledge of financial markets required. - In-depthknowledge of industry financial products; In-depth knowledge ofFederated Hermes financial products preferred. - Knowledge ofinstitutional customers preferred. - Must possess/immediately obtainFINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
