Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payments Claim Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA, This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to claim administration and payment processing operations in the fraud department within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in handling disputes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality standards in financial processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Process and manage claims related to payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies. u2022 Conduct thorough investigations of disputes and chargebacks to resolve issues promptly. u2022 Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements related to claim administration. u2022 Prepare detailed reports and metrics to track progress and performance. u2022 Collaborate with clients to address concerns and maintain strong relationships. u2022 Perform quality checks on claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures. u2022 Review ledgers, debits, and credits to identify and address discrepancies. u2022 Support fraud investigations by analyzing claims and payment processes. u2022 Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in claims processing, payment administration, or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve disputes effectively. u2022 Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members. u2022 Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
