Braun Medical, visitu00a0Summary:Responsibilities: Essential Duties- Calls on current customers and prospects; provides technical, marketing, and administrative product information and demonstrations; quotes appropriate customer prices using online quoting system.- Provides product specific information for the best therapeutic outcome for patient. Effectively explain advanced characteristics and features of Neuro products to Operating Room staff & Surgeon.- Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.- Provides training and in-services for Neurosurgical equipment.- Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy, acts as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments- Maintains account records and reports activities and submits as required- Manages and submits sales expenses in accordance with budgetEffectively manages personal sales sample inventory and ensure Setworld product is returned in a timely manner per company SOP.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.General: It shall be the duty of every employee while at work to take a reasonable care for safety and health of himself/herself and other persons.Expertise: Knowledge & Skills- Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field.
