AI Engineer - INTL Brazil

Job Description We are hiring two AI/LLM Engineers (one Mid-Level and one Senior) to join a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quality engineers. In this role, you will contribute to an enterprise-grade, end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. Responsibilities span the full lifecycle, including content ingestion and pipeline development, indexing and retrieval quality improvements, answer generation, and system evaluation. You will work on experimentation, model development, ETL workflows, search relevance, and evaluation frameworks. The role includes deploying code to non-production environments and supporting production releases in collaboration with the DevOps team. This is primarily a hands-on individual contributor role, with an expectation of clear communication, collaboration, and active participation in team discussions and planning.
