What You Bring as a Leasing Specialist You bring warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism to every interaction: + 2+ years of apartment leasing experience preferred. + Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD-Section 8, HOME, RD) strongly preferred. + Familiarity with Fair Housing and compliance requirements. + Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software. + Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. + Basic math and data-entry abilities for rent collection and recordkeeping. + Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus. + High school diploma or GED required; COS or TCS certification desired or willingness to obtain.
