Program Highlights: u2022 Location: Experience Surgeryu2019s vibrant headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Raritan, New Jersey as part of the STR program. u2022 Hands-On Learning: Gain invaluable insights from top-tier sales representatives and build connections across multiple sectors in our Surgery offices. u2022 Career Advancement: Upon successful Program completion, step into an Associate Account Executive (AAE) role, paving the way for sales leadership opportunities within Johnson & Johnson. Your Role: As a key member of our Commercial Education team, you will: u2022 Develop the skillset to support training that drives business growth through a blended learning model to include both live and virtual experiences. u2022 Engage with customers at Professional Education events, enhancing their understanding of our four Surgery platforms: Wound Closure, Endo-mechanical, Energy, and Biosurgery. u2022 Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Organization, assisting in account conversions and driving customer engagement. What Weu2019re Looking For: u2022 A minimum of a Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s Degree attained from an accredited University/College by June 2026 is required. u2022 Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 based upon 4.0 scale is required. u2022 Ability to start work on a full-time basis by January 2026 or June 2026 is required. u2022 Sales, Life Science, or Business academic major is preferred u2022 Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred. u2022 Experience in customer service or sales is preferred with demonstrated success in exceeding company goals and objectives. u2022 Strong track record of academic and other successes is preferred. u2022 Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus clubs, community service, and/or athletic activities are preferred. u2022 By the start of the STR Program, relocation to the designated home office in Raritan, New Jersey or Cincinnati, Ohio is required. u2022 STR will be hired for a specific company sales area and relocation to that pre-identified sales area after completion of the STR Program is required. u2022 Ability and willingness to travel within the United States for multiple weeks at a time is required. u2022 A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required. u2022 Willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States is required. u2022 Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required. Compensation: u2022 The base salary for this position is $67,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus. Relocation Opportunities: u2022 After the initial program, and with demonstrated proficiency, successful STRs must relocate (with company relocation assistance) to their hiring Area to transition into the Associate Account Executive role. This position will enable you to work alongside our local sales team, further solidifying your sales expertise. After demonstrated proficiency in the AAE role, promotion to Account Executive may include an additional relocation within the Area geography.
