JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties and Responsibilties of Job: United States - WI,MI, OH, PA Customer Service Representative Full-Time, Permanent Theposition can be located in the following states: UT, NV, WA, MT, WI, MNGraymont is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensureexceptional customer experiences through effective coordination andcommunication. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the roleinvolves supporting customer relationships, processing ordersaccurately, maintaining records in Salesforce, coordinating withinternal teams, and collaborating with sales and plant operations toensure timely delivery. The CSR will also address customer concerns andcontribute to ongoing service improvements, demonstrating strongcustomer relationship skills and a proactive attitude. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Support & Service Operations CustomerEngagement: Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring strongrelationships and responsive support. Cross-Functional Communication:Coordinate between customers, sales, invoicing, plant operations, andlogistics to ensure smooth information flow. Issue Resolution: Handleinquiries and complaints promptly, identify recurring issues, andsupport continuous service improvement. Customer Insights: Gather andshare customer feedback to enhance service and satisfaction. Operational Support: Help maintain SOPs, KPIs, and assist in trainingand supporting other team members. Order & Logistics Coordination Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams (sales,invoicing, operations, logistics). Address inquiries and complaintsefficiently, escalating recurring issues for long-term resolution. Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality andcustomer experience. Support maintenance of SOPs, KPIs, and assist inonboarding or guiding other team members as needed. Demand & SupplyPlanning Support Communicate customer and order trends to supportaccurate volume forecasting and business planning. Contribute to S&OPmeetings, offering insights to improve demand and supply alignment. Support contingency planning by identifying supply alternatives duringoutages or plant disruptions. Sales Support & Collaboration Assistthe commercial team as needed. Coordinate customer-specific projects. Maintain accurate customer master data. Qualifications Education:Associate degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field. Professional Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Service, Sales Support,Logistics Coordination, or similar roles preferred. TechnicalRequirements: Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, etc.) andTMS platforms preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMtools is a plus. Exposure to business intelligence tools like Cognosis advantageous. Travel Component: Ability to travel 5-10% withinNorth America; must reside within a reasonable distance from an airport.
