You will be akey contributor in bridging the technical capabilities of our productwith our marketing messaging. You will be responsible for buildingtechnical content, maintaining demo environments, and helping customersvisualize the value of Cribl. The TME team helps sell and market currentproducts by producing compelling written guides, videos, and demoenvironments for sales and customers. In this role, you will execute onthe content strategy, helping customers, internal and external, maximizetheir use of the product by explaining and demonstrating the featuresthat differentiate Cribl in the industry. As An Active Member Of OurTeam, You Will... Content Creation: Develop and deliver technicalassets on products, features, and technologies, including whitepapers,blogs, application notes, and implementation guides. DemoEnvironments: Build, maintain, and update real-world technical demoenvironments consistent with the environments our customers use. Hands-on Engagement: Create technical workflows that allow customers andprospects to get hands-on experience with Cribl products. CompetitiveAnalysis: Perform technical testing of competitive products to validateclaims and assist in producing internal competitive battle cards. Product Feedback: Serve as a user advocate by testing new features andproviding detailed feedback to Product Management and Engineering duringrelease cycles. Event Support: Support marketing at tradeshows andevents by staffing the booth, running demos, and assisting withtechnical Q&A. Technical Agility: Continuously learn new technologiesto understand customer needs and ensure technical assets remain relevantand accurate. We are a remote-first company and work happens acrossmany time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform dutiesoutside your standard working hours. Note: This position will likelyrequire 25-30% travel to attend conferences and marketing events. IfYou've Got It - We Want It 7+ in the software field as a technicalmarketing engineer, sales engineer, systems administrator, or supportengineer. Experience in the observability or security software space. Strong understanding of distributed applications and systemarchitecture.. Proficiency with containers (Docker/Kubernetes). Working knowledge of AWS (Azure and Google Cloud Platform is a plus). Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, NodeJS, Go(Golang), or TypeScript, and a strong working knowledge of regularexpressions. Familiarity with code versioning (Github/Bitbucket) andCI/CD concepts. Experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)is preferred. Familiarity with search languages (Kusto, Splunk SPL,Elastic/OpenSearch Query DSL).
