We arelooking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two propertieslocated in Sun Prairie and Madison, WI. The role supports Eleven41 Main,a 64-unit community in Sun Prairie that participates in the Low-IncomeHousing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, andValor on Washington, a 59-unitMadison community that also operates under LIHTC while partnering withveteran-focused organizations such as Dry Hootch and Dane County VeteranServices. What You'll Do: Complete daily maintenance and repairs forplumbing, electrical, and appliances. Respond promptly to routine andemergency maintenance requests. Prepare vacant apartments for newresidents by completing unit turns and make-ready requests. Conductdaily property walks and inspections to maintain safety, curb appeal,and cleanliness. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and pool areas.Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed. Support seasonalmaintenance needs including snow removal and weather preparation. WhatYou'll Bring: At least one year of property maintenance, buildingmaintenance, or related trade experience. Working knowledge of plumbing,electrical, and appliance repair. Valid driver's license and insurabledriving record. HVAC EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call pensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay between $20-$25/hourbased on experience.
