Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this contract to hire position, you will play a key role in supporting IT systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations across a multi-site organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Install and configure PC hardware and software to meet organizational needs. u2022 Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for end users, ensuring smooth transitions. u2022 Diagnose and troubleshoot network and hardware issues to maintain system functionality. u2022 Perform routine server maintenance and upgrades to optimize performance. u2022 Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning and execution activities. u2022 Execute technical tasks as directed by the information systems team. u2022 Update and maintain user guides and technical documentation to ensure accuracy. u2022 Support IT shared services across the organization to enhance efficiency. u2022 Utilize help desk systems to track and resolve service tickets promptly. u2022 Ensure compliance with safety protocols while working in manufacturing environments. Requirements u2022 Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role. u2022 Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking fluent English. u2022 Must be eligible to work in the United States on a permanent basis. u2022 Ability to comply with applicable regulatory requirements in the aerospace industry. u2022 Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Zendesk. u2022 Experience with remote support tools including ConnectWise, LogMeIn, or Zoho. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
