This role will manage application tickets, user access, provisioning, vendor coordination, and dayu2011tou2011day operational support across multiple platforms. The analyst will engage with business users to assess issues, determine root causes, and route items appropriately to vendors or technical teams. This is a tactical, hands-on support roleu2014not developmentu2014and requires strong system administration experience within business-facing applications.
