AI Engineer - United States

We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer - AI to join our team and contribute to the development of intelligent talent technology. This is a hands-on opportunity for those early in their career to gain experience with AI and machine learning in a real-world, enterprise SaaS environment. Youu2019ll work alongside experienced engineers and learn how large language models, recommender systems, and other AI solutions enhance the workplace. In this role you willu2026 + Assist in the development and testing of advanced AI-driven features within Cornerstoneu2019s Workforce Agility products including AI-Native products using Generative AI, Agentic Frameworks + Work closely with senior team members on projects involving natural language processing (NLP), recommendation systems, or generative AI. + Help collect, clean, and prepare datasets for machine learning model training and evaluation. + Experiment with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face under supervision. + Write clean, well-documented code using Python and related libraries with guidance. + Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team discussions and demos. + Stay curious and open to researching new AI tools and practices.
