Carved through the Ponderosa Pines of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club is a nationally recognized and awarded private club. Flagstaff Ranch is located just west of historic Flagstaff, Arizona. Attempts to anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned which includes bag, cart and range services as needed. Key Responsibilities:Enforce club rules and regulations as set forth by the Board of DirectorsExceed Expectation Everyday of all members and guestsResponsible for managing, opening, closing, and securing golf shop and storage areas using established procedures. Professionally acknowledge and communicate information to all members and guests using name recognitionAnswer telephones using professional speak to schedule future starting times, schedule golf instruction, tournament signup/cancellationResponsible for revenue collection that includes tee sheet management, selling of all apparel and hard goods, tournament and instruction chargesBecome fully knowledgeable in all merchandise products, key selling features and conduct a product knowledge seminar at a golf staff meetingStay current with company, department, golf shop information by checking information resources such as memo's, emails, member email blasts, newsletters, paycheck announcementsMaintain a close working relationship with the other golf staff members and also other departmentsEnsure each day the golf shop is cleaned, swept, dusted that includes counters and equipment, windows, floor, fixtures, displays, fitting roomsResponsible for all merchandise presentation that includes displaying current and new lines, all apparel is folded, sized, zoned, tags hiddenAttend bi-monthly golf shop staff meetings Principle Duties:Ensure each day the golf shop is cleaned, swept, dusted that includes counters and equipment, windows, floor, fixtures, displays, fitting roomsResponsible for all merchandise presentation that includes displaying current and new lines, all apparel is folded, sized, zoned, tags hidden.Assist in periodic and monthly physical inventory that includes chasing shrinkAssist with incoming and outgoing merchandise productAssist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the stockroomAssist with any special events, sales and promotionsAssist with sidewalk sales and vendor shows Employee Benefits:Competitive hourly compensationGolf and club privileges (based on eligibility)Consistent scheduling in a supportive team environmentOpportunity to work at one of Northern Arizona's premier private clubs Contact: Andy SchaperDirector of GolfFlagstaff Ranch Golf
