Description Roseann Mabry is partnering once again with a client to fill a very important position on a direct hire basis for a Human Resource Manager. The full time position for Human Resource Manager will have 2 direct reports. The manufacturing facility has 600 plus employees. This position will work with department leaders to assist with employee relations, create trainings for staff, will conduct investigations, and build out a robust internship and apprenticeship program. The Human Resource Leader will negotiate contracts with vendors. Look me up on Linked In Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Collaborate with department leaders to address employee relations and resolve workplace concerns. u2022 Design and deliver training programs that support staff development and compliance. u2022 Conduct thorough investigations to address employee issues effectively and fairly. u2022 Develop and manage internship and apprenticeship programs to enhance talent pipelines. u2022 Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective partnerships. u2022 Oversee HR systems and processes, including onboarding and employee benefits administration. u2022 Support labor relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment. u2022 Prepare and manage the annual HR budget to align with organizational priorities. u2022 Drive continuous improvement across HR functions to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing setting. u2022 Strong expertise in employee relations, labor relations, and HR administration. u2022 Proven ability to manage HRIS systems and streamline HR processes. u2022 Experience in designing and conducting effective training sessions for staff. u2022 Skilled in negotiating and managing vendor contracts to optimize resources. u2022 Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits administration. u2022 Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage annual budgets. u2022 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on empowering employees.
