Join Batteries Plus as a Route Sales Representative , where you'll combine sales, delivery, and customer service to bring our products and expertise directly to commercial clients. This role keeps you active, connected, and powering businesses every day What You'll Do + Sell Batteries Plus products and services, including key cutting, car battery installation, wiper blade replacement, and more. + Build relationships with new and existing commercial customers through exceptional service and follow-up. + Deliver products safely and efficiently along assigned routes while meeting delivery deadlines. + Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensure daily inspections are completed. + Operate the company vehicle safely in all traffic and weather conditions. + Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company standards. + Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to grow accounts. + Support general store or warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth service. What We're Looking For + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Locksmith Experience Preferred + Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. + Previous driving, route delivery, or customer service experience is a plus. + Strong time management and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions. + Friendly, reliable, and safety-focused attitude with great communication skills. + Comfortable using basic technology for order entry and reporting.
