Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing Description Drive the flawless execution of U.S. marketing campaigns, turning strategy into high-impact launches that deliver results across key growth moments. About the Role The Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing is responsible for owning key components of campaign execution across U.S. marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, on message, and aligned to strategy. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive marketer who is confident managing campaign deliverables end-to-end u2014 from brief through launch and performance wrap-up. The role plays a critical part in delivering campaign success during high-impact periods such as Back-to-School and throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution + Support the creation and launch of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social channels. + Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready assets and activation plans. + Coordinate campaign calendars to ensure milestones are met and launch dates are achieved. Cross-Functional Coordination + Collaborate with Centers of Excellence teams to ensure alignment with global objectives and ways of working. + Partner with Product Marketing to gather local insights and ensure messaging relevance. Agency & Asset Management + Work with creative agencies to manage campaign assets, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery. + Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists. Performance Tracking & Optimization + Monitor live campaign performance across channels and support ongoing optimization. + Analyze campaign metrics and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting with clear insights and recommendations. Campaign Operations & Readiness + Ensure campaign readiness through QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes. + Maintain a centralized library of campaign materials, templates, and documentation for consistency and reuse. Sales Enablement + Lead the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, including marketing toolkits, presentations, product documentation, and case studies. + Develop tailored assets for key accounts and ABM campaigns to support effective sales engagement. Skills & Experience + Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. + 5u20137 years of experience in marketing or campaign execution roles. + Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Solid understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels. + Experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, project management tools). + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. + Understanding of the U.S. Higher Education and K-12 markets, including sales cycles and B2B2C marketing. Compensation: Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 u2013 $110,000.
