As a Senior Reliability Product Manager - Tech, you will focus on developing internal tools and mechanisms to improve product reliability, quality, and supplier management processes and implementation of various automated tools and tracking mechanisms. Key job responsibilities 1) Metric Automation: u00b7 Collect product requirements for key reliability and quality metrics u00b7 Develop Page 0 metrics for products supported by IRQ u00b7 Collaborate with partner teams to create tooling and tracking mechanisms u00b7 Develop tools to report metrics periodically and flag endemic issues 2) Supplier Qualification Management: u00b7 Create a tool to manage supplier qualification requests for Long Lead Equipment (LLEs) u00b7 Implement a tracking system for 360-degree evaluations u00b7 Ensure proper quality and reliability evaluations are performed u00b7 Establish data archiving processes and internal approval procedures u00b7 Develop reporting and compliance mechanisms 3) Tier 2 Component Tracking: u00b7 Collaborate with the EAM team to develop a tracking system for Tier 2 components u00b7 Estimate the Tier 2 component lifespan to drive business decisions on maintenance, replacement, and end-of-life strategies About the team Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the worldu2019s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
