Maintenance/Abatement Technician Location: Fort Collins, CO Pay: $26u2013$30/hour (DOE) Schedule: D Shift u2013 Thursdayu2013Saturday + Every Other Wednesday 6:00 PM u2013 6:00 AM Type: Manpower Contract Supporting Broadcom (Potential to Convert Longu2011Term) About the Role This Maintenance/Abatement Technician role supports Broadcomu2019s semiconductor cleanroom operations in Fort Collins. Youu2019ll work handsu2011on with hazardous gas monitoring systems, abatement equipment, and critical facility infrastructure that ensures safe, compliant cleanroom operation. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, safetyu2011focused, and eager to develop highly specialized cleanroom and environmental systems experience. What Youu2019ll Do + Support 24/7 cleanroom operations as part of a 12u2011hour AWS Du2011Shift team + Follow and enhance safety protocols when working with hazardous gases and chemicals + Actively participate in the HazMat / Emergency Response Team + Operate and maintain environmental abatement and waste treatment systems + Perform preventative maintenance on facility and abatement equipment + Execute advanced troubleshooting during unplanned equipment downtime + Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure systems meet quality and reliability expectations + Maintain strong commitment to continuous learning and technical skill growth + Work at heights, stand/walk for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs + Safely use PPE, including airu2011purifying respirators, while working around hazardous chemicals + Communicate clearly, work well in crossu2011functional teams, and lead small projects when needed Qualifications + Strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems + Basic knowledge of process controls + Experience handling hazardous materials and following safety procedures + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. + Ability to perform physical and technical duties in a controlled cleanroom environment Availability & Fit + Available to start March 2026 + Comfortable working D Shift (6 PMu20136 AM) + Looking for a steady, handsu2011on role in a safetyu2011driven, highu2011tech environment + Interested in facility systems, chemical abatement, and semiconductor operationsManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
