By monitoring, recording, and communicating their condition with clinical precision, you ensure a safe, seamless transition to recovery.Safety & Precision Sentinel: Serve as the final authority on the sterile field. You’ll maintain absolute integrity over patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management, ensuring 100% accuracy from the first incision to the final closure.Master of OR Operations: Lead the rhythm of the room. By staying three steps ahead of the surgical team, you’ll orchestrate the preparation of cutting-edge technology and supplies to ensure every procedure is executed flawlessly.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s):BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
